Double R Rags was born in 2019, in the heart of Harlem, a neighborhood that has always been more than just a place. Harlem is rhythm, it’s resilience, it’s style. It’s where culture is made and remade every single day. That’s the foundation we built this brand on.

When we looked at the fashion world, we noticed a gap. Headwear, something that’s always been a part of our community, our expression, our identity, was rarely seen as “luxury.” The mainstream had a narrow idea of what high-end meant, and our culture wasn’t a part of it. We knew it was time to change that.

Double R Rags set out to challenge the rules. To take something overlooked and elevate it. To prove that luxury doesn’t have to come from Paris or Milan, it can come from Harlem, from the block, from the people who live and breathe style every day.
