I ordered a Proud Family bonnet from Double R Rags yearsssss ago and I swear I had never been more in love with a hair accessory!!! Why Double R Rags
I first discovered the brand around 2021 on Instagram. I remember seeing an ad that included various durag designs. Some designs that stuck out to me included nostalgic characters like Static Shock, Goku from the Dragon Ball anime, the original Space Jam characters, and even the Ralph Lauren bear! Not only did the inspirations resonate with me, but the color schemes and overall design and layout of the print drew me to wanting to have some silk durags for the everyday hair lay and velvet durags for winter and extra style. The reasonably priced apparel paired with low minimum dollar requirement for free shipping made it better for me to purchase. More recently, the great customer service received when contacting Double R Rags via email or Instagram chat has added more value to the brand. I mainly have purchased durags, but I recently got bonnets so I'm excited to try those out as I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
